Paul M. Gamble, Sr. is a long-time resident of Cambria Heights, New York, where he re- sides with his wife, Denise-Marie Brereton Gamble, a fellow Rotarian. He is an Administrative Law Judge for the New York City Police Department and a retired Navy Reserve officer.
Paul’s Rotary story began with an invitation from Vice District Governor Florence Marc-Charles to become a member of a newly-formed Satellite Club in the South Queens area. He accepted the invitation and became a member of the Satellite Club in November 2021, as well as becoming its first President. In 2022, Paul was selected to serve another full term as President for the 2023-2024 Rotary year.
Paul was attracted to membership in Rotary because of his life-long commitment to public service. He recognized the need for a service organization in the South Queens neighborhoods of Cambria Heights, Laurelton, Queens Village and Springfield Gardens; he then looked for a way to meet that need and Rotary was the answer.
